Ham & Cheese Sandwich Rolls

1 lb shaved ham
1/2 cup butter
1/2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
2 Tbl dried onion
1 package Swiss or Mozzarella cheese slices
1 Tbl poppy seed
1 1/2 Tbl dried mustard
2 packages Hawaiian rolls

~Preheat oven to 350

~Cut rolls in half, set tops off to side.  Place bottoms on cookie sheet or in shallow pan

~Place a piece of ham and cheese on each roll.  Put tops back on

~Melt butter, add poppy seeds, Worcestershire sauce, dried onion and dried mustard, stir well

~Pour butter mixture over buns

~Bake for 15 minutes

~Serve warm

Streusel Coffee Cake

1 1/2 cups flour + 1 Tbl (divided)
3/4 cup sugar
2 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
1 egg
1/2 cup milk
1/4 cup oil
2 Tbl brown sugar
1 tsp cinnamon
1 Tbl butter
1/2 cup nuts
~Preheat oven to 375
~In large bowl mix together 1.5 cups flour, 3/4 sugar, baking powder and salt, set aside
~In large bowl stir together egg, milk, oil
~Slowly add flour mixture to egg mixture stirring thoroughly
~Pour into greased 9×9 pan
To make Streusel
~Combine brown sugar, 1 Tbl flour and cinnamon, cut in butter and mix until crumbly
~Add nuts if desired
~Sprinkle streusel mixture over batter and bake for 30 minutes or until toothpick inserted in middle comes out clean

Chocolate Chip Cheese Ball

1 pkg (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup butter, softened (no substitutes)
1/4 tsp vanilla
3/4 cup confectioners’ sugar
2 Tbl brown sugar
3/4 cup miniature chocolate chips
3/4 cup finely chopped pecans
Graham Crackers
~In a mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese, butter and vanilla until fluffy
~Gradually add sugars; beat just until combined
~Stir in chocolate chips
~Cover and refrigerate for 2 hours
~Place cream cheese mixture on a large piece of plastic wrap; shape into a ball
~Refrigerate for at least 1 hours
~Just before serving, roll cheese ball in pecans
~Serve with graham crackers
