Crock Pot Scalloped Potatoes

6 medium potatoes, thinly sliced
1 large onion, thinly sliced
1 cup cheddar cheese
1/2 cup parsley, finely chopped
10 mushrooms, thinly sliced
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup butter, melted
1/2 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp salt 
 
~Lightly grease crock pot pan
~Alternate layers of potatoes, onion, cheese, parsley and mushrooms in pan
~In small bowl combine remaining ingredients; pour over potato layer
~Cover and cook on low for 7 – 9 hours or on high for 3 – 4 hours

Hawaiian King Bread Dagwood

1 loaf Hawaiian King bread (round)
1/2 – 1 lb each deli turkey, ham, roast beef
1 pckg Swiss cheese slices
1 pckg cheddar cheese slices
Spreadable butter
 
~Preheat oven to 350
~Cut bread into 2 slices lengthwise, separate
~On bottom piece spread butter and layer turkey, ham, roast beef, Swiss and cheddar cheese
~Place second bread layer on top of meat/cheese
~Repeat step 2
~Place sandwich back in foil pan and cover with foil
~Bake for 45 – 50 minutes, or until all layers are warmed through
 
**Can increase or decrease amount of meat/cheese according to preference

Mexican Bean Dip

1 lb hamburger
1 pckg (1oz) taco seasoning
1 can (16oz) refried beans
1 can (80z) tomato sauce
1 pckg (2 cups) cheddar cheese
Sour cream
Tomato (chopped)
Olives (chopped)
Onions (chopped)
Tortilla Chips
~Preheat oven to 350
~Fry hamburger, drain, add taco seasoning according to directions, set aside
~In small bowl combine refried beans and tomato sauce.  Add taco meat and stir thoroughly
~Pour mixture into lightly greased 11 x 7 pan
~Bake for 25 minutes
~Remove from oven and sprinkle with cheese
~Return to oven and continue baking until cheese is melted
~Serve with tortilla chips, sour cream and chopped vegetables
