Crock Pot Roast
3 -4 lb beef roast
1 package dried onion soup mix
1 can cream of mushroom soup
2 cans water
2 beef bouillon cubes
2 tsp red wine vinegar
4 – 6 small to medium potatoes, cubed
1 small onion, diced
1 package prepared baby carrots
~Place roast in crock pot
~In small bowl, mix dried soup mix, cream of mushroom soup, red wine vinegar and water together and pour over roast
~Add remaining ingredients
~Cook on high for 5 – 6 hours
